The Complete Wedding Package

Planning your wedding is like having a second job; I can take the stress out of this experience.  You will know that every detail is being handled to your specifications, and you can sit back and enjoy the process. This package includes the following, but nothing is ever limited to what you see here. As I said, "It's about you and what you want and need."

Initial Consult- 2 hours 

  • Provide wedding timeline

  • Go over budget

  • Help you gain focus over your vision

  • Which vendors will be needed?

  • Discuss consultation package options and pricing

 

Follow up Meeting- 2 hours

  • We will provide you with tailored list of vendors -Together we will make selections

  • Discuss questions from first meeting

  • Go over budget expectations

  • Choose which vendors we will set appointment with

 

Vendor Selection- 10-20 hours

 

  • Visit with each chosen vendors from caterers, bakers, church or ceremony site, reception venues, florists etc.... Your consultant will be present throughout this entire process.  After these meeting we will secure chosen vendors and get bookings secured.

 

Budget Finalization- 5 hours

 

  • Budget plan and payment schedule will be provided to the bride so you know when payments are due to each vendor chosen, along with follow up dates for each vendor to finalize plans.

  • We will manage all communications with your chosen vendors

 

Wedding Day Concept and Design- (6 months out) 10-12 hours. At this point the wedding dress is bought and colors are chosen

 

  • We will walk through the feel and design of the wedding day, coordinate meetings with decorating vendors and selection.

  • Walk through of ceremony and reception sites to decide room layout and function as well as decoration plans.

  • Discuss appropriate music choices, photography needs- decisions will be communicated to photographer and DJ.

  • We will contact rental companies to secure uses of chairs, tables, dinnerware, decorations, linens, glass and silverware if necessary.

 

Vendor Follow up-  3 hours

 

  • Follow up with all vendors to make sure our spot is secured and down payments are made, details are correct.

  • Manage any questions vendors have regarding upcoming event.

  • Create schedule of arrival times for each vendor on the day of event.

 

2 weeks before the wedding we will get together to make sure everything is covered for your day and to finalize any last minute details or additions. - 2 hours

 

Attendance at Rehearsal-  We will be present to meet all the people in your life and go over time line for the following day.-2 hours

 

Wedding Day and Reception Direction Services- 8-16 hours

 

  • Includes two coordinators for the day of the wedding.

  • We will be present to greet and meet all vendors, prepare reception and ceremony site, and follow through with the days events to include, but not limited to, transportation timing, floral, rental pick up, set-up, along with catering timing.

  • We will handle and set up design items like place cards, guestbook, menu cards, favors, linens.

  • We will coordinate the bridal party arrival times, help you in coordinating order of pictures taken and make sure flowers are distributed and pinned. we will oversee the timing for DJ or bands arrival and start times.

  • Oversee lighting set-up.

 

Your coordinators will be the main point of contact all day for family, wedding party and vendors. (So the Bride and Groom and their family and friends can just sit back and enjoy the day.)

 

Cost of the Complete Package is based on an hourly rate of $75

If the wedding is over 150 people an additional reception day coordinator (s) will be needed at a cost of $50 per hour.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF AN EXTENSIVE DESIGN and DECORATION PACKAGE OR CLEAN UP PACKAGE IS CHOSE THOSE COSTS WILL BE ADDED TO THIS PRICING.
